Going into Winter Break, we knew we would have one of the longest breaks ever but when Minnetonka closed school for 2 extra days due to extreme cold, it really went down in the record books.We did cold weather experiments like making a banana hammer and tossing boiling water into the air but the favorite was probably blowing bubbles that could roll like balls on the snow. We got 2 chances to go swimming and tried out the portable DVD player we got for the first time. BEST GIFT EVER...car trips were all of sudden peaceful!
