I shot a couple of crappy videos just to record what the first few attempts at the skim board were like. I expect to see a progression of skills over the summer.
The Unofficial Beginning of Summer
Today looked like the first "real" day of summer since we can mentally depend on the idea that an 80-degree is more the norm than a fluke. We went to Deephaven with our newly acquired skim board. The water was still very chilly but we enjoyed an hour and a half of sunshine and fun.
