It was a great day to ride bikes so we headed up to the high school. After playing around on the turf, we traveled along what we call the “nature trail” behind the sports fields. We took a side trail and looked at the secret fort that someone builds there. This was the first time that Jamie made it ALL THE WAY up the big hill coming home on Vine Hill Road. I’m glad the days of me chugging up that hill with a kid or two in the bike trailer are gone because I don’t have that much energy any more!
