Today I was so excited to be able to enjoy the FIRST bowl of greens from the garden in this lovely salad. The kids think the spring greens kind of taste like grass and I guess that’s true but maybe I like the taste of grass!
I really love how incredibly fresh these greens tasted. There was a noticeable difference between fresh picked and store-bought and I am looking forward to more.
