Since the water was so clean, clear and cold this spring, we got a few up close and personal encounters with the infamous MIKE the MUSKIE. He was lurking under the dock quite a bit and also came into really shallow water near where Juliana had been sitting in one of the beach chairs. He scared the living daylights out of her (he’s BIG), which was pretty hilarious.
