I was a volunteer on the craft team again this year for VBS at Mills Church. This year both Lauren and Gloria helped while Natalie and Jamie were in the classes. The other women on the team were Kia, Honja and Kait, who were SUPER awesome!
Each day we did a different craft, and also played along with things like crazy hair hat and hat day. We helped the kids make a bunch of different projects and also worked on a collaborative art project to be auctioned off at the Thursday evening dinner.
Some people thought the auction was not a success since I am the one who “won”. Maybe I put the opening bid too high but the money did go to the ICA food shelf and we go to keep the cool project for our house!
