The snow started pretty early this year, but everyone seemed very excited to welcome it. There had already been lots of talk about how the girls thought they would enjoy it more this year since they knew they would be able to go outside and play during the day, which they could not when they attended public school. Thankfully, they don't mind shoveling, either!
Almost everything we needed came from storage, except boots and snowpants for Lauren - there are no hand-me-downs for her since she has outgrown Katie, and Juliana has taken her stuff with her to her new apartment.
