We planned to have a bonfire for dinner tonight and were excited because the weather had been really great all day right into the evening. As was the girls’ usual custom (I think this was started by Katie), the unwanted papers from (public) school were burned. Some notebooks hit the recycling bin but a lot got sent up into flames. There was some discussion about burning the Christmas tree but we all KNOW now not to do that without Juliana and Katie here! (They were each at work). Spring has finally arrived – YAY.
