More extreme cold temperatures dictated our week. On Sunday, we ventured out skating even though it was very windy. School would have been called of on Monday but we already had the day off. We went to the Mpls library, Candyland, AxMan and thrift store shopping. Tuesday was called off for school so we went to see Blue Planet at the Omnitheater and got free lunch from Ikea.
We withdrew Katie from Minnetonka High School and she spent some of her deprogramming time cooking. baking and playing. Her joy returned! Lauren honed her sewing skills by spending much of her free time creating Barbie fashions without the aid of premade patterns.
